A blend of two Taiwanese black teas, Honey Scented Black and Alishan Gongfu Black. A light and smooth blend with a beautiful golden hue. The flavour is beautifully honeyed with a sweet finish. Honey Scented black is actually a hybrid black and oolong. Steep up to 4 times using more leaf and less water than the usual western style.
